AI Transparency Statement

1. Introduction
Innovation Lux SARL-S is committed to transparency, responsibility, and compliance when using artificial intelligence (“AI”).
This AI Transparency Statement is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence
We use AI-based technologies to support and enhance our services, including but not limited to:
– Content creation and optimization
– Educational and training services
– Data analysis and process automation
– AI-assisted communication and learning tools
– AI systems are used as support tools and do not replace human decision-making where legal, ethical, or contractual obligations require human oversight.

3. Transparency Towards Users
Where required under the EU AI Act:
Users are informed when they are interacting with an AI system.
AI-generated or AI-assisted content is clearly identified where appropriate.
AI outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes and may require human review.

4. Human Oversight
AI systems used by Innovation Lux SARL-S are subject to human supervision.
Final decisions, interpretations, and strategic recommendations remain the responsibility of qualified human professionals.

5. Data Protection and Privacy
The use of AI complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data processed in connection with AI systems is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use AI systems for prohibited practices under the EU AI Act.

6. AI Risk Classification
The AI systems used by Innovation Lux SARL-S are classified as limited-risk or minimal-risk AI systems within the meaning of the EU AI Act.
We do not deploy high-risk AI systems as defined by the Regulation.
